Warranty and Refund terms and conditions
Warranty:
In accordance to the Australian Consumer Law:
“Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.”
Happy PetLand assesses the problems in the following category:
1. Minor Problem
- For minor problems, Happy PetLand will repair and return the product to you with in a reasonable time frame at free of charge. If this reasonable timeframe cannot be met then we can offer you a similar product at free of charge with your agreement.
2. Major Problem
- For major problems, Happy PetLand will offer you a repair or a replacement of similar product free of charge or a refund.
3. All returns are at the buyer’s expense.
Refund Policy:
We do not offer refunds for purchasing incorrect goods or if you change your mind.
Shipping terms and condition
Our shipping rate is dependant on the size of order. Terrariums (glass) and furnitures must be arranged to be picked up or delivered by us or using your own courier company. Deliveries depends on the courier company and your location but within Sydney metro, delivery is usually around 2-3 days. Also please note, weekend and public holidays can delay your delivery. Post office box are not acceptable, a street address is required for prompt delivery.
